LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis) Awareness Course is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the LOPA methodology and its application in assessing and managing the risk associated with process industries. LOPA is a semi-quantitative analysis technique used to determine the adequacy and reliability of the layers of protection in place to prevent or mitigate process-related accidents. The course aims to familiarize participants with the principles and techniques of LOPA, enabling them to contribute effectively to risk assessment and risk management processes within their organizations.
